Rove Adds Frontier Airlines
Rove added ANOTHER transfer partner this week in Frontier Airlines.
For a limited time, you can also get a 25% transfer bonus to Frontier Miles through July 31 to kick off the partnership.
Flights are as low as 5,000 miles one way with Frontier:
Flying Frontier is perfect for the budget or solo traveler who just wants to get from Point A to Point B (with a possible flight delay, naturally 😆).
The flight shown above from Tampa to Baltimore at time of booking would have cost $185:
But I (Nic here) redeemed that flight for my girlfriend with 5,000 miles I earned for free from a 2026 Frontier promotion that is now expired:
($185 - $6) / 5,000 miles = 3.58 CPP
I’m gonna lead here and say this is extremely unlikely to happen again.
There likely was a cookie cache or pricing error because earlier in the day that flight was listed for 10,000 miles...
Or maybe Frontier was just trying to fill the seat last minute.
Even at 10,000 miles for a $185 flight, the CPP is still solid:
($185 - $6) / 10,000 miles = 1.79 CPP
Frontier seems to operate on a mix between a mostly dynamic and slightly fixed chart tied to their cash prices where CPP values are going to be between 1.0 and 1.9 CPP.
Not a home run type of redemption, but cash saved on a flight is still cash saved!
Adding more programs is always great to see for the points and miles community, and Rove is now up to 19 transfer partners total.
