Hilton is running a 100% points sale now through July 24.

​You can buy points for as low as 0.5 CPP - meaning anytime you can redeem for above 0.5 CPP - that’s a good deal!

​This points buying strategy also applies to cash bookings as well.

​Say you wanted to stay 4 nights in California wine country later in fall, so you're looking at booking this Hilton property for over $950:

​That works out to be less than $250 per night for a long weekend...

​BUT the same property is also bookable for 42,000 points per night:

​4 nights would require a total of 168,000 Hilton points - and with this points sale, you can buy those points for $840:

Then you can just redeem those points for the same hotel you were gonna pay cash for.
