Bilt Rent Day - October 2026
Bilt Rent Day for October includes two different transfer bonuses to Hilton Honors and Amtrak Rewards.
Transfer bonuses are based on status, so here's what that looks like for Hilton:
Blue: 75% bonus
Silver: 100% bonus
Gold: 150% bonus
Platinum: 175% bonus
Platinum + Upgrade: 200% bonus
You can upgrade a tier for $200 Bilt Cash, but we would not recommend it unless you have a huge surplus or a specific redemption in mind!
That’s because Bilt Points normally transfer to Hilton Honors at only a 1:1 ratio which isn't that great (since 1 Hilton Point is worth way less than 1 Bilt Point).
What’s more interesting though is the automatic Hilton status plus a status challenge when you transfer any amount of Bilt Points to Hilton.
Bilt Blue and Silver: Instant Hilton Silver status through the end of 2026 and then earn Hilton Gold status through March 2028 after staying 6 nights in 90 days.
Bilt Gold: Instant Hilton Gold status through the end of 2026 and then earn Hilton Diamond status through March 2028 after staying 12 nights in 90 days
Bilt Platinum: Instant Hilton Diamond status through the end of 2026 and maintain Hilton Diamond through March 2028 after staying 12 nights in 90 days.
Could be worth it for frequent Hilton travelers or a planned vacation within the next three months!
The following transfer bonus will be active for Amtrak Rewards:
Blue: 25% bonus
Silver: 50% bonus
Gold: 75% bonus
Platinum: 100% bonus
Platinum + Upgrade: 125% bonus
Bilt probably knows some cardholders are sitting on a lot of Bilt Cash because people can use $400 Bilt Cash to upgrade a tier for Amtrak Rewards, which is Bilt’s latest transfer partner.
Keep in mind the transfer ratio from Bilt to Amtrak is 2:1, so the updated ratios based on each status are:
Blue - 2:1.25
Silver - 2:1.5
Gold - 2:1.75
Platinum - 2:2
Platinum + Upgrade - 2:2.25
2,000 Bilt Points equals 1,500 Amtrak Points with Bilt Silver status as an example.
We discussed and gave an Amtrak redemption example earlier this week where transferring is worth about 1.30 CPP - but a transfer bonus increases that value.
Both transfer bonuses with Hilton and Amtrak are capped at the first 100,000 Bilt Points transferred and are active for October 1 only.
